Fengdent Medical stands behind every product we manufacture. All dental units and equipment are covered by our comprehensive warranty program.

Warranty Terms

• Dental Units — 2 years on main structure, 1 year on electronic components
• Handpieces — 1 year on turbine and motor handpieces
• Consumables — Quality guarantee on delivery
• Compressors & Suction Units — 1 year

Warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use conditions. Wear-and-tear items (O-rings, bulbs, gaskets) are excluded.

After-Sales Support

• Free technical consultation via email and video call
• Replacement parts shipped within 3 business days
• Remote troubleshooting assistance available
• Annual maintenance guidelines provided

Limitations

• Warranty void if unit is modified or improperly installed
• Damage from power surges, water damage, or misuse not covered
• Warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser
